i weighed in this morning at 146.6! i know i really shouldn’t weigh-in during the week but every two days or so i just like to see where i am, especially when i know i’m sleep deprived or bloated during my weekly weigh-in. 
this was my workout tonight, as part of my beat yourself challenge. i am going to add 10 seconds every night, and at the end of the week add in another set; i did one set of this tonight. i also need to try and get my cardio in in the mornings so i’m not exhausted during my exercises. the worst thing you can do while working out, in my opinion, is opening instagram or facebook and looking at other people and think “man, my workout is nothing compared to theirs.” i always psych myself out doing that. the key is to do what your body can handle, and move from there. to some, my workout here may be pitiful. but i’m not the fittest or strongest, and never claimed to be. i am my only competitor. 
as for the flash challenge, i’ve scratched it because it’s just too damn hard to photograph everything! instead i am going to do the clean eating challenge, because getting rid of processed junk is always a tough first step. i will be eating everything as close to its natural state as possible, and will make things i may want to eat such as bread or healthy sweets home made. this ensures i know just what is in each thing i eat.
i am going to meditate tonight before i go to sleep for my meditation challenge. i love guided meditations because they keep my mind from wandering. tonight’s will be for my chakras. i went to a spa today and got a facial and a deep tissue massage, and it really helped to ground and center me, not only for school and my externship, but for the troubles of my relationship right now, and keeping myself on track with my diet and exercise! xoxo
